I'm a new member of this forum, and as a student I'm doing a report about Direct Marketing in Turkey.
I'm looking for sources or informations about laws which applied for direct marketing tools in Turkey:
* What are the laws for the leaflet? Are we free to distribute them everywhere? What are the conditions to use them?
* What are the laws for the m-marketing (mobile marketing)? Do we need an opt-in of the consumers?
* What are the laws for the trade-show?
* Do Turkey government provides a law website in English?
* Where can I found statistics about the use of this direct marketing tools?
