am considering marriage to a Turkish man, who has been here 10 yrs, and got his green card via his job here. ( The hardest part is his accent).However, I was told that since he is not a citizen( and probably never will be, because he really has a very hard time with English, that if he dies, here, in the USA, that Turkish laws of inheritance will apply? Or American Law.
