We have a problem with some of the owners on our site not paying their fees on time which puts our managment in a situation of not being able to pay the bills for running the site on time, and we receive notice that the utilities will be cut off. This is a great concern to some of the pernament residents. Has any other site had the same or similer problem and if so how did they deal with it.
Hello, I understand that the committee can include in its rules the date by which all payments should be paid. They can also set charges for late payments. Ultimately the property of the bad debtor can be confiscated by the owners committee through the courts. Michael
