Please Help! I am in need of some information. I am from the US and my Husband is from Mexico. He has over stayed his work visa by 9 years. His Mom is very sick and he has not seen her in 9 years. He wants to go to Mexico and see her. We have a applied for his green card and work visa but have not heard back from them yet. Its been 3 months now. If he goes to Mexico before the papers come through, can he come back without the 10 year ban. What if he goes and then comes back the illegal way and they dont know he is gone. Does anybody know what can happen to you then. I need help!
