Hi guys
I'm Syrian citizen who lives on Kuwait, my fiance now is on Turkey and I want to get married ASAP.
I want to know if I can get married in Turkish courts, because it's very important for me to get a certificate of marriage in order to be able to bring my wife with me to Kuwait.
