If the action is not taken seriously then many accidents can cause and due to that many innocent people will get injured by this. So it is the duty of the law now that they should punish for the offence. There are many lawyers who protects such criminals but the court should take the legal action against them.

Thanks for giving such a nice information on the criminal cases. It would really be helpful to those people who have applied any case or is suffering presently in some case. All the cases are very difficult and complicated to solve if proper lawyer is not appointed. All the cases depends upon the severity of the offence. If the offence is not too sever then a criminal only gets bail or vice versa.

Crossing any border from one country to another with a fake passport is totally illegal. If you want to migrate to any country then you should have atleast the legal documents related to it. Approximately 200 migrants cross the Turkish border during the year 2010. Over 80% migrants were caught due to illegal crossing from one country to Turkey. So if you want to migrate go legally.

Does anyone know how to act on this Civil Code, do you have to go to court to request it and get it activated or can you put it in your Last Will and Testament.

Article Civil Code 652

The amendment introduces the provision that if one of the spouses dies, and if the house or furniture used jointly by the spouses is part of the inheritance, then the surviving spouse may request that these be taken out of the inheritance so that he or she may continue to use them. This provision is also in favour of the surviving spouse.
