Under Turkish Law my late husbands 2 children from a previous relationship are entitled to 75% of his share of our property in Turkey. I have sent the 2 children Affidavits for them to sign should they wish not to lay claim to their share. One of the children are not prepared to sign and want to lay their claim. Is there a time limit in which they should start proceedings to lay their claim. I am English and so was my husband and his children - all are UK residents.
