Yes if any person who is driving as DWI then the law should take strict action against them. And this law should be applied to all the states. If the action is not taken seriously then many accidents can cause and due to that many innocent people will get injured by this. So it is the duty of the law now that they should punish for the offence. There are many lawyers who protects such criminals but the court should take the legal action against them.
